My sis wants her period so bad!!!!! Please help!!!?!

Question: My sis wants her period so bad!!!!! Please help!!!?
Heyy it's my little Sis. Ok sooo I really want My period!!! Everyone says I dont !!!!! Please don't say trust me I don't or u say that now or something of that sort! I'm 11 years old and I have all the symptoms of my period. I have discharge (enough to leak through my underwear) and sometimes it's clear or white but recently it's been kinda brownish. I read on other questions that brown discharge is your period. Idk if it's really brown or it just looks that way. Also is there any stretches or ways to force your period to come sooner? But it has to be non medication. Thank you in advance!! Please also make sure to describe what the feelings not like itfeelslike ur peeing but something more descriptive

Answers:

There's no way to make your period come faster. Your body knows what it's doing- So let it!

It does sound like your period is coming soon, though.

When your period comes, you'll just feel something wet or slick between your legs. You'll feel it, I promise. If you're worried about starting it at school or in public, where a panty liner around just in case.

No, there is no real way to force your period to happen faster. I know you don't want to hear this, but you don't need to worry about having you period NOW NOW NOW unless you want to get pregnant, and I really hop at 11 you don't want to do that. I am 13 and JUST got my period... so chillax.

U don't want your period!! U have cramps every day the face your used to will be covered with acne u will vomit ALOT it is especially not fun when blood leaks through your pants. It will happen when it happens u can't speed it up or slow it down.

Your period feels like a warm burst of wet gooey stuff coming out into your pants
Its just like a rush of wetness
There is no way to force your period and there is no way to avoid It
Your period comes when it wants

There is no way to force your period to come sooner. You can't force nature. You're 11 so, that around the right time to be getting it although some don't get it till their mid-teen years. Brown discharge very well could be a light period, if you're getting that monthly. Brown discharge can be older blood. Wearing panty liners or small pads can help, and then you won't stain your underwear.

And desribe the feeling of a period? I feel gross. It isn't fun. I cramp a lot and I feel like I am leaking. Young girls are always so excited to get their period but then a couple months later after inevitable embarassing moments and ruined pairs of underwear they wish they'd never gotten it. So for real. Be patient. You'll get it in due time.

There aren't any stretches or anything like that that can cause your period to start up sooner. It'll start when it wants to start.

Anyways, if your discharge has been kind of brown lately, then your period is definitely on it's way, and probably pretty soon. That will sometimes happen when it's about to start up. And you were asking how it feels? Well...it's definitely not like you're peeing, but it's more like...a slow, constant dripping? I don't know, it's kind of hard to explain. But it's gross and certainly not something to be excited about...no offense. You'll learn soon enough how much of a pain periods are. Fear not.

Of course you want your period, they're a sign of growing up and have a hell of a lot of benefits, by the way any negatives like cramps can be prevented, you certainly shouldn't let other girls bad attitudes towards their bodies and periods effect how you feel about yours...

But there is no way of making them start sooner, sorry.
It's all down to your body, brain and reproductive organs, you can't make your first period come any sooner than you can make yourself age faster. Your body knows best when it is developed enough to start ovulating and so start menstruating - trust that it will happen.

Discharge isn't a 'symptom' of your period coming, it is something that starts to happen when you go through puberty, the same with your first period, growing breasts, acne, getting taller, growing hair, etc....all these things are part of puberty, your first period is one of many things that happen - although periods normally start within four years of entering puberty.

The sort of signs you may experience are often the sort of signs you might not notice until you've had your periods for a while - changes to discharge, cramping, mood changes, acne, fully breasts, feeling more positive, getting aroused more easily, or yes brown or pink discharge may be light menstrual bleeding so many be another sign that your periods are about to start.

How it feels - it's a little like discharge, it may feel wetter in your underwear, and it may also feel warmer because where as discharge comes primarily from your vaginal canal, menstrual blood comes from your uterus, higher in your body thus more warm. It's likely to be very light at first so you may not notice it till you go to the bathroom, but on heavier days you'll feel it more.

Just be sure to be ready, make sure you know what happens during your menstrual cycle and periods, know about pads, tampons, softcups or menstrual cups, and keep a kit with you in case your period starts unexpectedly when at school - if it does happen at school and you have nothing with you just ask a friend or nurse for a pad or use toilet paper wrapped round your underwear.

Of course also know how you want to celebrate your first period, like a new outfit or sleep over, something cool to mark your big day - discuss it with your mom. If not comfortable asking for more details from your mom about periods, these two articles might be helpful to you;
