What to do If you get your first period at school?!

Question: What to do If you get your first period at school?
This is not a troll questio please help NO RUDE ANSWERS PLEASE

Answers:

Step one -- sometime before you get your first period: buy a package of pads. Get the ultra thin kind with wings, regular length. Store brand is fine, and much cheaper. If you go to a big grocery store for this you can use the self-check if you're embarrassed. Or go through a checkout line with a female checker. BUT REMEMBER, every woman has to buy these things all the time, the checker sells hundreds of packages a week, it is fine.

Step two -- keep one or two of the pads in your purse or book bag all the time.

Step three -- If anything feels weird, crampy, or wet, ask to go to the bathroom or go at your next class changing interval. Check if you're having your period when you get to the bathroom stall.

Step four -- if you notice blood or brown stains on your underwear or on your TP while you're wiping, get the pad out of your book bag. Unwrap it. Put the wrapper in the trash can, NOT in the toilet. Peel off the paper backings, stick it to your underwear over where the brown or red bloody part is. Wrap the wings around the sides. Dab your underwear with toilet paper first if it's wet. (Throw the backings away too, don't try to flush them. Don't try to flush pads either -- wrap them up in TP and toss 'em in the trash. They won't go down if you try to flush them.)

Don't worry about wasting a pad if it's not really your period. Just put one on; that way you're safe either way and you don't have to worry about it. No one will be able to tell you are wearing one. Also, if you bleed on your pants a little bit before you get to the bathroom, it probably won't soak all the way through to your jeans that quickly, and if it does, it will probably be just on a part of the pants crotch that no one will be able to see.

I hope that answered all your questions. If not, edit the question! You're going to be fine!

If there's no pads (i'd suggest using a pad for your first period) in the bathroom, fold toilet paper (or paper towel) up and put it in your underwear then walk to the nurse's office - they carry pads in the nurse's office. You can also ask a friend. If you need a change of clothes the office may lend you a pair of pants or you can call a parent.

Ask a friend or if you have a quarter go to the bathroom and put a that quarter in the lil machine to get a pad or tampon . Or you could call your parent (mom) and tell her whats going on and tell her u need her to bring you something. & if that doesnt work if its near the end of the day roll up toliet paper & put it in your under wear until you get home to get a pad or tamp.

makae sure u keep pads or tampons in ur bag, if you dont have any you can go to the school nurse and they will give you them and undies to if you need them :)

Oh dear. The same thing happened to me, sucked.
I stuffed my underwear with toilet paper and exchanged it after every lesson. Not pleasant, but it worked for the day.

Carry a quarter and buy a tampon, or take one with you to school and keep it in your purse/locker
