In a group of people/friends...isn't this rude?!

Question: In a group of people/friends...isn't this rude?
It's happened to me quite often, with coworkers and/or friends. (Not best friends obviously)

I will be talking to them about something, they are looking at me, then they immediately start talking to somebody else!! I would be midsentence when they do this. I find it very hurtful and am starting to get a complex like I am boring. It's one thing if I talk too much or something. But I was just starting to say my 2nd sentence and they do this!!

My husband says I'm looking too much into it...luckily he doesn't do this to me or I would let him have it!

what can I do to capture their interest so they don't go speak with someone else midsentence? Or does it mean they just don't like me at all? I don't get it.

Answers:

Some people are just self-absorbed like that. They don't think. I've met people who do it by mistake when they've had a couple of drinks. I don't think there's anything malicious behind it, they're just idiots. If it really annoys you then I'd say either start to cut them off mid sentence and see if they get the picture or just talk to different people and leave them to their own selfish world. Good luck.

Even if you are boring (and im sure your not that boring) that's still incredibly rude..I think you shouldn't worry about them and minimize convo with them as much as possible.

They are**** incredibly rude. It's happened to me once I think.

What you should do is
1. do this back to them.
and
2. get new friends.
anddddddddd
3. ignore them.

Hope I helped. <3

They're incredibly rude. Find other "friends".
