Does the implant in your arm hurt to get put it?!
Question: Does the implant in your arm hurt to get put it?
I want to have decent contraception so when I feel the time is right, I don't have to worry about pregnancy... I've decided on the implant but I'm scared it will hurt...
Answers:
I have the implant inserting it does not hurt at all, they numb your arm first which is the worst of the pain with the needle. They then put the implant in, you feel nothing at all. After that you will have a small bruise and a tiny scar but it heals up. I don't know if this is the same for everyone but sometimes I get some slight pain in my arm but it is only occasionally and mild. Good luck with it! Inserting it is fine and works well. The only issues I have is with the side effects x
