I am really worried about my breast size. Help please!?!

Question: I am really worried about my breast size. Help please!?
I am 14, started my period about last august, quite slim and a 32AA (possibly 34AA according to calculations I did today) and am SO worried about my size. All the other girls in my year have fuller and bigger breasts than me and I just want mine to GROW! :( There are some girls in my year who have DD/E sizes!? and I have AA :( Im really insecure about it and HATE my size and wish I were bigger. Is there anything I can do? Can boobs grow over night/really quickly? Do breasts grow more after your period or not because I don't want to be this size for the rest of my life no WAY! :( I can barely go bra shopping/ talk to people about this stuff because I don't have a mother figure or older sister and I'm too embarrassed to go with my friends as they are all WAY bigger than me! :( When will they grow? Will someone please reply and help? No horrible/stupid answers please, I'm serious about all this :( Thank you in advance.

Relax. Large breasts aren't normal. First of all, you are only 14 and your breasts won't stop growing genetically until around 16 (so you have a couple years for them to get a little bigger). Secondly, many women have larger breasts not because they are naturally that way but because they are either overweight, or they got that way through pregnancy. The average breasts size 50 years ago was about a 36B, 10 years ago a 36C, now it's a 36DD. The reason for this increase isn't because of genetics, but because more and more women are becoming overweight (know any super models with large breasts? Most have around a 34B). You are a 32AA (that means you are skinny). I am 23 and I wear a 32A (I was a 36D before I lost 32 pounds). There is absolutely nothing wrong with you. And, take it from me, small breasts definitely have their perks. For one, they are at a lower risk of breast cancer. They also don't hurt when you exercise, they mean you can wear a halter top without uncomfortable strapless bras, they won't be sagging to your knees when you are 35, and when you grow a bit older you'll be thankful they are 24% more sensitive than larger breasts.

Only weight gain, genetics, and later on pregnancy can make them grow. I know you think it sucks now, but when you get a bit older you'll be thankful they aren't DD.

Don't worry, if you just started your period give your body time to grow and do it's job. Big boobs aren't always a good thing, but yours will probably grow. Don't worry it'll happen maybe a lot maybe just one cup, either way you'll be fine. Remember boobs are just fat and tissue.. so usually the bigger girls have bigger well girls lol. Don't worry and just enjoy yourself :)

I have big breasts, its horrible! Do not wish for this! It gives you back aches, its hard to do certain execises because they are in the way, thats the first thing guys look at married or not, and they sag the older you get. Be patient they will come. At least when you get yours theirs will already be saggy. (lol)

There really isn't a lot you can do, at only 14 you will probably still develop a little but more, but you are what you are. There are a lot of beautiful women with small breasts. In some ways it can be better, much easier to do sport!

There is more to life than the size of your bosoms darling. Plus there are lots of practical reasons why smaller ones are best. Not all men like whoppers.

i have lots of friend who dont have large breast so dont worry :) some guys think its cute if you need more help tho email me at awhitey23@yahoo.com :)
