Question: I got my period late....?
Well I'm 13 and my first one was feb. 6th
Now I got it march 20th.
Is that okay/normal?
Plus any tips?
I'm currently use pads so I was wondering if tampons are better
I might try then if so.
(Post your opinion)

For the next three years, your period will be irregular. Therefore, its okay if it comes earlier, later,or skips a month or even more. Dont eat alot of sweet candies, it can create more bloating. But when it comes to PMS,chocolate is the cure. Drink tea, take Pamprin, and a hot bath to reduce cramps. Tampons are much better. Pads are bulky and feel like you are wearing a diaper. I like the U By Kotex "Click" Tampons. They are compact and fit easily into your purse. I like the Tampax Pearl, too.Just follow the directions that come in the box and dont leave it in for longer then 8 hours, you can get TSS but thats highly unlikely. Get the lowest absorbency if you are a begginer. If it hurts to remove it, just relax your muscles. When you tense up, its harder to remove. Good luck :)

That is absolutely and completely normal. I am 13 and I got mine about a year ago. When I first started I got really freaked out because it was almost 2 months before my next one, and then 2 and a half weeks! Don't worry, you just aren't really on a schedule yet.
In my opinion, tampons are better. Don't worry, they do not hurt at all. Just don't forget about them! haha
And if you don't use Midol, you might want to because periods can be pretty painful sometimes.

Yes it's normal. Periods are irregular for a while. I'm 14, and mine aren't after one month exactly. If you miss an entire month, you should worry, but you're fine ^___^.

I prefer pads because it's easier; you don't have to put anything in your vagina.
