Question: How many hours of sleep should a 15 year old female get each night?
I'm tired *ss hell every day. I only get 7 hours of sleep each night.

Answers:

Doctors say adolescents should get between eight and ten hours of sleep every night. They also say you should keep a consistent bed time and wake up around the same time every morning. For example, go to bed at 10:30 and wake up around 6:30. If you have to get up earlier, go to bed earlier. But you should always get at least eight hours of sleep. It might take some getting used to, but in the end it is worth it!



Try eight hours.

It actually depends on you as a person.
Some people (like me) can be perfectly fine with having only five hours of sleep.
Other people (possibly you) need at least eight or more hours of sleep.
Whatever works for you. :)



Try to go to bed at the same time every night, and wake up at the same time.
I go to bed between 10-12 and wake up between 6:30-7:00. Just get a sleeping pattern your body can form too.



people over 12 should get atleast 8 hours of sleep each night :)



At least 8 an if. your tired maybe u over working like me another 15 yr old
