Weight problems...please help?!


Question: Weight problems...please help?
My sister is 15 years old same at me and i weigh 115 and she weighs around 200 pounds, and she wants help with losing weight she has tryed everything she has a lot of problems sticking to a diet, how can she get motivated to lose weight and get active? Ideas on what kinds of foods to eat to lose weight in stomach area? she really needs help shes worried about heart disease adn diabetes and we both eat the same kinds of food to! she is afraid to go to a doctor and to our parents, so she wanted me to ask on here because she does not have a account.

maybe you guys can do like a race and train and run together. It will help her because you are there to motivate her. also what could help is she could eat healthier foods and such. Best of luck!



First of all, I think it is wonderful that she is trying to lose weight. She might just have a low metabolism, so try drinking tea to speed it up. If she is a late sleeper, try to get her up earlier. It also increases your metabolism. Other than that, avoiding fast foods and getting enough exercise is key.



Eat less but continue eating healthy! Meat and dairy consumption should decrease and fruit/veggie consumption should increase! Exercise every second day if you're not used to it and work up to everyday if possible! A good place to start is walking and work up to jogging! I wish you luck and be patient!

P.S. - caffeine helps loads, if getting the caffeine from coffee don't use mill or sugar as it'll be counterproductive, but of you absolutely must sweeten use honey. Caffeine pills are easy to fine at any pharmacy and only cost around $10-20 for a container of 100-200! Drink lots of water too, it keeps you full and it'll prevent any water-weight gain!
