I dont understand what is so bad about it. Your menstral cycle ends, but thats it ?

Your hormones are all over the place. It's like when you go through puberty and your mind is kinda messed up. When you hit menopause, your body goes a little mental instead of your mind. You get hot flashes, night sweats and apparently worse stuff.

I'm not sure but I know with menopause you will be hot then cold then hot then cold etc. etc..
