What does this sound like to you ?!

Question: What does this sound like to you ?
Please no rude comments !

Okay I have had my period for almost 3 years. In the beginning I had normal cramps and other symptoms due to my period. But as time went on, I didn't receive any symptoms. I was just lucky I guess.
Well heres the thing, i was suppose to start my period on march 5, but I never did. I got it on march 23 instead. Very late.
Im not sure if this will have anything to do with it, but I had unprotected sex on February 19. That was the day I was most fertile. Well then 7 days after that I started spotting. He color ranged from pinkish reddish. And some brown. That lasted for a day and a half. Then I didn't get my period when I was suppose to. Well a few weeks after that, I felt I was getting early pregnancy symptoms.
So I don't know if I could still be pregnant. I took 2 pregnancy tests and both came back negative. But my sister said I might not produce the right amount of hcg. Because that is what happened to her.
Well now I'm on my period and for the first time in a long time, I'm receiving cramps :( like bad. And last night I threw up. At like 3:30 in the morning. But that I think was because I ate wayyy too much. And after I threw up I felt better. Then I wake up this morning and my body is aching. By back is aching. I have a bad headache. Not so much anymore. An I don't know. I just feel weird. I don't think it's the flu. And also, the weird thing is, I started feeling sick last night. Then felt better today besides the aching (which I think might be from my period or pregnancy) and then now all of a sudden I'm not feeling good. I don't feel like throwing up again but idk. I don't think it is the flu because if it was I would be feeling sick constantly. Not just at night.
Could this be night sickness? (if I am pregnant) because morning sickness can occur anytime. Not just morning.
Well please tell me what you think about all of this.
Please and thank you.

Some people have periods while they are pregnant. the best way to be sure is the blood test, you should make an appointment for that. If you cant afford to, you will just have to be safe(not to harm fetus, if there is one) and wait a few weeks for the hormone to show.

If you did have the flu, it may have afftected your period. But I would go get a real pregnancy test from a doctor to cover all bases.
