what should i expect from my "first time" having sex?!

Question: What should i expect from my "first time" having sex?
so im 18, and i want to lose my virginity, i dont have a boyfriend, but dontthink im a slut. i have just decided that i am old enough and ready. ive done pretty much everything but have sex. so what should i expect? how bad will it hurt? and how can i make it good not only for me, but for the guy?

Answers:

i don't think you should have to wait until you get married to have sex, but it will be more enjoyable for you if you are with someone that you trust, and feel comfortable with. but, i'm sure you'll do whatever you decide to do, so here are the answers to your questions.
1. you shouldn't expect much, even with someone you really care about, first time sex is usually a little awkward, and it's never as great as the movies make it look. it can still be a very intimate experience however.
2. it hurts a lot for some people, it doesn't hurt at all for others. it will hurt less if you are aroused/lubricated, relaxed, and the guy goes slowly
3. the best way to make it good for both of you? communicate! only the two of you know what you like and what you feel comfortable with, so make sure you tell each other. that will make the whole experience much more enjoyable

Sometimes it hurts and sometimes it doesn't. It all depends on 1) how tight you are and 2) how big the guy is. I have been with MANY virgins...some of them bled a little and said it was hurting and others were relaxed and really enjoyed it. Point being, just relax and if your the type that doesn't get too wet use a lubricant. And don't be afraid to rub your own clit during sex because that's the way most girls reach orgasm. *Ignore all the religiously brainwashed idiots saying "you need to get married before having sex"...this is 2011 NOT 1911.

There is no reason sex shouldn't feel good for the first time, i had sex for the first time January 27 and i was all prpared for it to hurt and be completely unenjoyable however that was not the case, sex does not have to hurt for girls just be relaxed and you'll be fine. I'm sure it will feel good for the guy no matter what.

Well, it helps when sex is with somebody you love. It hurts a little when your hymen breaks, but if you are an active person, then it shouldn't be too bad. There may be a little blood because of your hymen tearing. As for "making it good" for you and the guy, just go with the flow and do what comes naturally to you.

For your cherry to pop and hurt a little. After a while it'll start loosing it up and you'll enjoy it more. If you're gonna have sex make sure it's a guy that knows what he's doing not a virgin.

You waited this long you can wait awhile longer. The right guy will come around and you will be glad you saved yourself for him.

You're not "ready" until you're married.

It shouldn't hurt, just make sure you are relaxed and have plenty of foreplay so you get all wet. And masturbate!

The first time is going to be a leaping circus no matter what you do.
