Flat and Toned stomach in just two months?!


Question: Flat and Toned stomach in just two months?
Ok so basically what the question says. I want a flat and toned stomach by May. Me and my friends(which includes my crush) are all going to a waterpark in May and although I'm not overweight or fat, i would like a toned and flat stomach by then. Is there any way to do that OTHER than, crash diets,diet pills or anything of the hard core dieting thing?
PS: I'm 5'2'' and 14 yrs old if that has to do with anything.

aha, your lucky your young, do sit ups, theirs many kinds which google will tell you, also many 6 pack programs, Drink water during these, and something low in protein and crabs afterwards, easy peasy lemon squeezy if you ask me babe

Your body will burn energy, especially at a water park. Just drink lots of water and it will also be more efficient at running, and will reduce (not eliminate) your appetite. After this point, it's a matter of what you put into your mouth.

Thyroids, pills, and most food marketing gimmicks are all B.S. excuses for mismanagement. People do have different metabolic rates, of course, but your body doesn't conjure up fat. You eat it.



Lol I didn't eat for two months due to sickness last year but I'm 15 now and the best way to tone up ur belly would be random sit ups! Do an amount of 50 each time u do it a day :) works for me
