Where did it come from?

If it was from your vagina then this was discharge or lubrication, when aroused your vagina will produce more fluid as a way it prepares for penetration to prevent damage, prevent pain, and make penetration more enjoyable. If it was from your urethra then it could only have been either urine or ejaculate. So if you were aroused you can rule out the possibility if this being urine. If you weren't aroused then it may be urine, however it'd be unlikely for you to urinate without realising it.
