I NEED HELP! MINI-LIFE CRISIS!!!! woman only?!

Question: I NEED HELP! MINI-LIFE CRISIS!!!! woman only?
Hey! I'm 15 years old and i have SEVER periods. First off i have a very busy lifestyle. I am my class president, i have been a dancer for 10 years and is the captain of my squad at school (which has recently ended) and now i stay after school for musical practices and then stay even later. Not to mention i am in all honors and AP classes. It is pretty clear that i have no time for a day or two off because of my period. Plus they are getting even worse (if that's possible) because i am less active because of my dance team ending.

A list of my symptoms:
-Excruciating lower back pains (pull my back out) for 1-3 days before my period (practically cripples me)
- Vomiting before my period (has happened twice)
-Vomiting during (once a cycle)
- Cramps
- Crankiness
-Disorganization
-takes 2 hours for miodol to kick in
-MAJOR fatigue

I'm to paranoid to have sex, but i feel like its going to happen within the next year so i just want to be prepared either way. The thing is, my mom doesn't want me too because she doesn't think its necessary even though on of my other sisters is on it for the same symptoms (shes odder). whats a way i can break it to her that i might need it? (only if you agree, that i do need it)

Also my period is getting more irregular, it used to be on the dot, now I'm finding its 35-45 day apart. I just cant help but feel unprepared.

I think what youre asking is how to tell your mom that you think you need to be on birth control and also whether it will help your symptoms. I think you should talk to a doctor about maybe getting on the pill, i know that i had alot of the same symptoms, less severe, but after getting on the pill it really helped a lot. i also found that by talking to my doctor about symptoms that got worse or appeared with the pill, she found different pills with hormone combinations to try and get rid of nearly all my symptoms. The pill will also help with regularity for sure. As far as convincing your mom, explain your exact reason, dont be scared to talk to her. Tell her that you want to try it out for your period but also that you are getting to an age when sex might occur and you want to make sure that you are prepared.

Just tell your mom Brthcontrol regulates your period so you know when its going to come
so your not bleeding on everything or even not even have a pad/ tampon with u! just talk to your mom about it!

oh idk yea try the pill it will actualy lessen your symtoms even if u stay a virgin ande im so sorry tht must really suck

Are you asking if birth control pills would help/ease your symptoms?

Wait i would answer ur question - but what r u asking, u missed what you need. wat do u need? lol

My cousin was having this problem. Talk to your mom about seeing a doctor. It's embarrassing to talk about but birth control pills might help like they did for my cousin. If you're worried about sex then don't do it... It's nothing to jump into at your age just because it's what society thinks is "normal". Make sure your life is in order and you know what you're doing before you do it. But definitely see a doctor and ask about the pill.

HEY! u just answered my question lol

what i do which you basically already did is write my mom a note, which breaks the ice to talk face to face. i wouldnt sit down with her just while driving in the car or cleaing say like hey mom im having really severe pms and im even vomiting, i think i might need something like the pill to help it"
