I always feel like I'm going to throw up when I'm exercising during &#!


Question: I always feel like I'm going to throw up when I'm exercising during 'That time of the month' ?
Whenever I exercise on my period I always end up with the feeling of wanting to throw up and recently have begun to throw up each time. It only ever happens during cardio. After about two minutes my stomach starts feeling like someone has punched it, My mouth starts getting a sickly-vomity-acidy kinda taste and I can't breathe properly. Has anyone ever had this problem while exercising when it's that time of the month?

If so, how can I stop this?
Should I just not exercise while it's 'that time' or just stick to strength training?

You probably shouldn't exercise on your period. It's not good for your chemical balance
