Well for the past week I've been having really bad side craps, lower back pains, headaches, I've been getting dizzy and I've been feeling nauseous all day.
There is no way I'm pregnant I haven't had sex in almost four months.
Also this can't be premenstrual because I have PCOS and my period hasn't been on for over 8 months. Please help me, I don't have a clue what's wrong with me. As the days go on and on the symptoms get worse and worse.

You should go see a doctor about this. This sounds pretty serious and it could become worse. Have you been eating properly because this happened to me when I had an eating disorder ....
But you should just go see a doctor.
You could have something as minor as the stomach bug or you could have something as serious as an appendix or spleen rupture. The best way to find out is schedule an appointment with your doctor/physician and have them check it out.
