Pelvic floor exercises (kegels) are your best bet. You can also get special pelvic floor exercising balls, if you can't remember to do your kegels every day.
Other things that help strengthen your vaginal muscle: orgasms; stopping and starting your urine flow mid-stream; yoga; pilates.
