Answers:

Your boobs are bigger because they are getting ready for breastfeeding, and also because at 5 months you are gaining weight as well. They will get even bigger when you have your baby and "letdown" occurs and you start producing milk. Unfortunately, the increase in size will eventually disappear. As your baby is weaned off the breast, you will stop producing milk and the breasts will most likely return to their previous size. I say "most likely" because I have known some women that have retained some of their increased breast size after child birth. Though this may be because they didn't quite get down to their pre-pregnancy weight after childbirth.
As for breast-feeding, absolutely! Lots of important, nutritious ingredients in breast milk, like antibodies.

Breastfeeding is NOT what makes you sag. You are already doing what will make them sag. Being pregnant.
When you're pregnant your boobs get bigger in preparation for feeding the baby. Theres really isn't much you can do. Various cream will help with stretch marks and maybe they will keep some of your skin natural elasticity.

Please do not make the mistake of not breastfeeding your baby for the sake of avoiding " saggy boobs" Your baby needs the best start ?

Massage them with body/baby lotion after your shower and wear a comfortable bra even to sleep. massage your tummy too to minimise stretch marks
