I would definitely sit down with her and answer all of her "weird" questions. Maybe she won't feel so lost and give in to her boyfriend. Maybe she really doesn't know! However, she should. And I think calling the boyfriend's parents is a great idea. Talk together and establish some rules for when they are at each other's house. If they want to go on a date then you should drop them off and pick them up. At least they have been using/affording condoms.
Personally, If it were my daughter i'd be so upset.
You should tell her that having sex at a young age can be dangerous.
If you want her having sex tell her how to use protection correctly, The worst thing is for her to be pregnant. But at lest she did use protection.
If your really worried about this, Talk to her boyfriends parents, Make sure she isn't home alone with him and always have bedroom doors unlocked.
