How can I ask my mom for a new bra?!

Question: How can I ask my mom for a new bra?
I'm 14.
I only own 3 right now. One of them is too big, the other my brother accidentally tossed in the dryer when he was doing laundry, so the cups got all warped, and the elastics on the last one got stretched, so it fits funny.
In December she asked me if I needed a new one, I said yes, and she said she'd take me and my sister to get new ones. That never happened.
I'm a very shy person, so is my little sister.
Right now I'm wearing a 30AA, but I think it's too small. I'm kinda "spilling out" if you catch my drift.
I've always emailed or texted her about embarrassing girl stuff before...
I think I'll do it this time. But what the heck do I write?!
Also, she always took me to LaSenza Girl for bra's in the past, and they're all crazy designs and colors and prints...I'd really much rather have nude bra's. I can't wear white or anything without a tank top underneath, and the straps are like, neon. They stand out too much...
How do I ask her for a bra, and not one from LaSenza Girl?
I'd rather get them from wal-mart or something. I could also get more, because they're cheaper.
Thanks for the help! <3
Please don't tell me to "just ask her" it's way too awkward. And she doesn't take me shopping unless I ask for something specific, so I can't just go to a store, walk by the bra's and be like "Can I get one?"...
I know this is the wrong category, but I don't know where else to put it.

Answers:

Text or email her! Just say,''Hey, I need some new bras. Can we go to Wal-Mart or Kohl's this weekend?" I suggest going to Kohl's because they're really cheap and have some neutral colors.
