I think the thing men most ofte don't realize is that the clitoris is very delicate. While most men want their penis handled roughly women need a man to be gentle because rough handling of the clitoris hurts. Also, for most women stimulation of the clitoris shouldn't be directly on the top of it. For instance during oral sex licking on either side is more pleasurable then licking directly on it. On this many women have different preferences.
