could i be pregnant or probably not?!

Question: Could i be pregnant or probably not?
I am on birth control. I had my last period on February 17, but didn't get it in March. On March 17 i had kind of spotting, but just for that day. But, sometimes my period isn't regular because of the birth control. I have had more lower back pain recently, cramps like when you're on your period, more vaginal discharge, constipation, and tummy achiness. I haven't taken any anti biotics since i've been on the pill, and i haven't had any stress at all lately nor have i been ill. But, I haven't been taking my birth control at around the same time everyday, can this be a big effect?

Are these symptoms that you would get early on? Do you think that i'm probably pregnant? I'm going to take a pregnancy test soon, I just wanted some opinions first.

Thanks.

Answers:

I doubt youre pregnant you're proabably just paranoid and thinking every ache and pain is a sympton. i used to do that all the time when I was sexually active i always thought every time I had sex I was pregnant even though I was on the pill and I never took it at the same time everyday either. i wouldn't worry too much about it as long as you take the pill everyday and dont skip any you should be fine. but next time use a condom! or at least set aside 50 bucks for plan B. it's better than spending 50,000 on a babyy!

I doubt you are pregnant. Even if you don't take them exactly at the same time every day you are covered as long as you are taking them daily. But do try to be on time with them.

It sounds like pregnancy but just to make sure, go to the store and buy a pregnancy test. Help me with my question? - http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20110401143335AAhiIOh
