Why am I always tired?!


Question: Why am I always tired?
Okay so I get like 6-8 hours of sleep from monday to friday and on the week end I get about 10 or 11 hours yet I'm always tired!! So could you tell me why I'm always tired??

I am 13 btw.

Answers:

- Some people need more than 8 hours of sleep. Never get less than 8.
- Eat healthier and drink more water. It could be your diet.
- Take vitamins, you might lack in something.
- Get some excersie, although that sounds bad when your tired, but it gives you an energy burst.

If nothing works, then you will want to see your doctor. You could have mono or something.



Hun, as you get older in teen years, you will find it harder to get up out of bed.
I'm 14 and I already HATE getting up.
I am always tired.
Its a proven fact that teens take longer time to get up in the morning.
When you get older, it will get easier.

Saw a Tv show...



diabetes makes you feel tired when your blood sugar is too high or low.
avoid sugar. get the a1c test. all carbohydrates turn to sugar, eat small meals at regular times.



you could be oversleeping, which makes you groggy. go to bed at a regular time. wake up at a regular time. eat breakfast.



You need more sleep.



Change your diet. Google, healthy whole food diets.
