Question: How long should your period last?
Question for the ladies who have had there period for a while.Have you noticed when you reached your 20s you had "less" cramps?

The average number is 7 days. Periods can last 3-15 days.
Your period is put off longer if you are stressed out.
the average is anywhere between 3 and 7 but there are massive differences between women.
Mine lasts around 4/5 days.
I haven't quite reached 20 (19) but i haven't suffered from bad cramps since i was around 13 - i just get twinges now

The normal range for a period is 4-7 days. If they last longer than 9 days it's recommended to see a doctor.
It's different for everyone im like you 5 day or 7 it sucks.

mine only lasts 3-4 days. i get cramps a week before it seems like. I've had my period for 9 years.
My periods always last 7 days but I have no pain at all!
