Is there something wrong with me and puberty?!

Question: Is there something wrong with me and puberty?
Ok so when I was about 10 my breast started growing slowly but fast enough for me to think i was going through puberty. Then I started grow a little hair "down there". I clearly thought it was puberty. But then all of a sudden i just stopped. My breast stayed the same and there was no more hair growing. Do you think there is something wrong with me. I am open to any suggestion. Thanks

Answers:

Puberty generally last 5-6 years, there will be times when you're growing slower than others. Some girls start to develop breast buds and then it just stays in the "budding" stage for a year or two, others start to develop and are wearing a B cup within a year. Normally, a girl will get her period anytime from 18 months to 3 years after they start to develop breast, the way you develop between that time can really vary. Some women never wear a bigger size than an A cup, there's nothing wrong with being smaller, and I'm not even saying you will end up being smaller. Just be patient, I'm sure your development is normal and you will have more growth spurts.

If you are older than around 14 now, you may want to talk to your doctor about this, just to make sure everything is moving along okay.

You're body is going to grow and stop many times before you reach the age of 18 so don't worry it is fine. Some people stop their growth before that, which is also normal.

No this is completely normal you have actually started puberty early and you will develop over the next 6 years so be patient and don't worry about it everybody is different ok! Your normal Hugs Granny M x

It's all part of the puberty process.
Growing starts and stops for a little bit, at random intervals. You're fine, hope this helps:)

May be your body has grown what it's supposed. Or it's just taking a break.

No, it's all part of the process. You are fine.
