Question: Do you know anyways to releive stress!?!?
other than , getting a massage,shopping,sex/masturbation,counti… in and out,listening to music,dancing,singing,doing something you like,venting,playing a game,giving,talking,having a girls night out, squishy toys....i need something that can just calm me down on the spot

theres ALot!! OF stress in my life right now and then i get thrown in situation where someone gets me soo agrivated but i have to remain my composure which kills me even more...and lately my hearts been hurting and beating faster and slower and with bigger thuds...so i need a stress releiver quick!!

there are a lot of meditation/ hypnotism videos on youtube. even if your not into all the mystical stuff with that, which i am not, the process of meditation can actually relieve stress very well. put yourself in a quiet, dark room alone and try it. here is a video i especialy like, n=but you can brouse for some that work for you!



Wat i always do is count to ten while closing my eyes, and just breathe and let my mind go into well pretty much a blank dark space. that works fast.



Okay I know this sounds a little silly but I've heard yoga works really well! Good luck :)
