Question: Help with running?need to get healthy.&&.active!PLEASE.&&.TH… YOU!!(:?
note:

i go to a continuation school...
i'm 16 and an 8th grader... :/
(i failed 7th about 3 times now?
and 1st grade once.)
[[go ahead and leave negative comments, i could care less]]
i was an F student, went up to D-, D, D+, C-, C, C+, then back down to F in almost every subject!!
( 'sept P.E, was an A student(: )
now i am a B student.
what i am planning on doing is:
Finish Middle School.
(8th)
go on to the High School in Continuation School.(does that make sense??)
finish 9th.&&.10th.
go off to the official High School of my town.
(11th.&&.12th)
go off to College.
finish.
then go to USC. :)
but i don't think i will have the $money$ for it... ):
so i need a scholarship... and my mum teachers 'AND' principle said that in order for THAT to happen.. i have to(do all of the missions that i said up there)either have straight As(which will NEVER happen... XnX)




ORRR.... get good grades and be REALLYYYY good at something... i choose running track and participating into the Cross Country... :)
but the thing is, i'm not as healthy as i use to be<//3
i don't eat fruit anymore.. i sleep ALLLLLL dayyy... my breakfast is always either chips or pizza('sept at school).. lunch=same as breakfast... etc.etc.etc.
i don't eat much... i around 90-something lbs. 5'0".
i want to be able to have the energy to run like the wind:)!!
So is there anyone who could help me with this... please, i would really appreciate it?

Answers:

First off you have to start eating healthy, you will have to eat high protein and carb meals because if your running a lot your body will burn it off. As for the running you need to start slow, the worst thing you can do is go out and try running 2 miles in 10min your first time on the track. Start with a mile take your time the first mile you do and then you can build from there. When I was in high school freshman I ran a mile is like 10 min now I am a freshman in college and I can run a mile in 5min.. It takes time, you have to push your body but don't hurt yourself..
