Question: Whats wrong with me lots of answers please?
Ok so at the beginning of november i weighed 124 now i weigh 104 i am 14 btw. I never have an appetite i only eat about one meal a day. when i do pig out i don't force myself to throw up i just think i look fat and i get sick . Whats wrong with me ? could it be stress ?

Answers:

You MUST change your mindset and eating habits. Until you have it settled in your mind that you will never be fat you will ALWAYS be stressed about it and see huge fluctuations in your weight. Settle it in your mind that you will not become fat or obese. If you are currently at 104 pounds you are slim. Consider 500 lbs fat/obese. Most people could never reach that weight so don't expect that you ever will.

Next, you don't have much of an appetite because you are only eating once a day. You need to be eating 3 times a day MINIMUM. Eat carb meals in the morning and gradually work the other meals of the day down to a light meal. Also, you should have 2 snacks in between those meals. That is a perfect time to eat your fruits and veggies.

You have control over your body. You tell it how it is going to be and if your appetites or even your thoughts are out of line of the goals you set YOU command it to get back in line. Never again look at yourself and feel you look fat. Whose standards are you living by? Never again look at yourself and feel disgusted or sick. You keep doing that and you will be sick and then more problems will occur.

I know this is coming off as a tad harsh for an honest question but this is how people get trapped and spiral down into diseases or disorders. They believe something that is not true about themselves and that very deception destroys them. Eat healthy trying new foods. Work out with weights or just walking daily to exercise your muscles and do not stress, ever. Yes stress will come but you control your outcome. Will you respond to something in peace or react to something with fear or anger? Even the emotions can cause our health to waver or us to lose or gain weight.

Change your mindset and see the best of your body while giving your body what it needs to flourish. You can do this and WILL see change I promise you if you just change your mindset and do what your body needs to function.



it sounds like you have an eating disorder. sine you believe yourself to be fat and throw up, it would be classified as bulimia. usually bulimics throw up on purpose, so you're different in that aspect. just remember that it's okay to eat a lot. as long as you're not eating junk. if you eat a big salad or a lot of soup or something, that's not a big deal. if you solve the problem with your self-image, you should be able to keep food down. 104 is very thin, you may even be underweight. you're definitely not fat. 124 isn't fat either, it's very average.



It's good that your not forcing yourself to throw up but eating disorders are very serious. It could caused by stress too. You should talk to someone or go to your doctor. And if you're worried about weight, eating healthy and exercise are the way to go. And 124 is average for a 14 year old.
