Haha...it's 'smear.' And it's when a doctor checks inside your vag, and take q-tip swabs to send to the lab to make sure you don't have any unhealthy or cancerous cells. You should get them once a year after you're sexually active, or when you turn 17-18 ish. They don't hurt, they're just uncomfortable because they use forceps to hold your open. Have fun!
