Had a lil slip up on my cheat day?!


Question: Had a lil slip up on my cheat day?
I know nobodys perfect.. but i kindof got obsessed with eating and etc.. and i get really down on myself. im athlete and pretty slim.. gym regular but i still feel like it's not enough. I normally have a day where i relax a little i still eat my healthy foods but i'll treat myself thoughout the day.. And i had a lil slip up and ate more then i orginnaly planned=[ Way more cookies then i had planned lol. How do i get over it and move on? advice? I'm kindof proud of myself because i didnt go to the point where i binged all out throughout the day until i exploded. yes i'm full but i wasn't finding any chance i could get to eat bad food. which i'm proud of myself because iv'e had a few binging problems in the past.

we all slip up now & then! Don't obsess over it. Maybe on the days you eat more, do a little extra exercise that day. If you obsess too much, it becomes a problem & that's how eating disorders are born. Be smart about it and know that it's ok to have cookies sometimes!



its ok to indulge yourself. what you can do is workout monday through saturday and on sunday eat what you want but over stress yourself sometimes that happens when your going to have your period.
