Help on choosing a birth control?!
Question: Help on choosing a birth control?
Answers:
In all honesty, you should think about the depo shot. It sounds inconvenient, but there are so many perks. All you do is go in for an injection every three months (it doesn't even hurt like a regular shot and i am terrified of needles) an that's it! Nothing to worry about every day, no pms, cramping, and you don't even get your period! You may spot a little now and then but nothing compared to a period. The only downside is you could put on a few pounds, but if you stay on a healthy diet, like i have, it's unlikely to happen. It's just one of the common side effects. Oh, AND it's going to protect for a long time. With the pill, you get off it a couple days, and you could get pregnant. With depo you're safe for the whole three months after your injection, even if you were to not get another one, it still stays in your system for a good amount of time.
