Woman Question, Please Help?!

Question: Woman Question, Please Help?
I've been losing weight pretty fast, but instead of my boobs getting smaller, they're itching and slowly forming stretch marks, along with them feeling heavier. Why is this happening?

And I'm only 14, so that may help with your answer.

Answers:

You're probably just developing. My boobs all but exploded when I was 14. I was a 32D and then DD at 15 and DDD at 16. I am 18 now and still a DDD and i hope they don't grow anymore! XD
But find some super moisturizing lotion and rub it into your boobs to help ease the itching and stretch marks. There are actually lotions specifically for stretch marks. Find something you like and apply it regularly.
And for the losing weight, if this bothers you, maybe eat more calories. Not too much--you don't want to get unhealthy. What is your diet like? Do you eat enough protein and fats?
Remember a girl/woman should have a BMI(body mass index) of around 20 or so in order to menstruate. This means 20% of your body weight should be fat. Mine is 32 because of my boobs, haha.
Good luck!

First I have to ask why it is that you're trying to lose weight so quickly? At 14 years of age, your body is still growing and you really don't need to lose weight unless you are dealing with a medical condition like juvenile diabetes or obesity. That said, you should always speak to your primary care physician about anything concerning growth, development and diet. As for an immediate answer if those former medical reasons don't apply, your skin could be dry and that could be causing itching, or more likely it's because of the fluctuation in your weight. Breasts rarely are affected by weight loss because they are made up of different tissues, and not just normal fat cells. Even though you are losing weight,at 14 your breasts are still growing, which could explain the itching, weight & stretch marks entirely. But again I wonder, at your age, Why you are losing weight so fast? I am not a doctor and you should speak to a medical professional to better diagnose your condition.

When your skin has been stretched out it dries out so try applying lotion at least once a day. Something with CoCoa Butter in it is best. Mine did that after having kids and they are shrinking it just doesn't seem like it. They are heavier feeling because the skin is stretched and with less in there they want to hang. As far as the stretch marks go you are young and they will fade over time.
