Problems with urination?!

Question: Problems with urination?
Last night I felt like I had to pee really bad. When I went hardly anything came out and I just ignored it, then when I woke up at 4 this morning I felt like I really had to pee so I went but when I did barely anything came out again. All day I've had urges to pee really bad but when I go, hardly anything comes. Now it feels like I have to use the bathroom constantly.

When I do it's slightly cloudy and doesn't hurt me but is definitely uncomfortable and if I try to push too hard it becomes almost painful. The last time I went I also noticed blood, only enough to tint the tissue to very light pink. It would be helpful if anyone knew because my fiance thinks I'm pregnant although I'm on the pill. Maybe that could be screwing something up? Anyway help would be appreciated.

Answers:

you have to go the doctor ASAP. try urgent care. it's a urinary tract infection and the only way to make it go away is antibiotics. oh girl, i feel your pain. SUUUUUUUCKS. if it isn't too far gone, you can try drinking a big thing of cranberry juice (like a quart.). if that helps you don't need a doc but if after you drink it you still only do a little tinkle every 8 times you pee in 5 minutes... you gotta go. sorry, but you just have to. on the upside- if you go in dancing around holding your "petunia" telling them "it hurts it hurts!" you'll probably be the next one in. =)

Infection!!
If you're on pill, then there's little chance you're pregnant if you're taking them correctly.

Please get it checked, a friend of mine got a kidney infection and had symptoms but didn't get them checked, and ended up passing out in class!

Classic signs of a Urinary Tract Infection. See your GYN. And start peeing immediately before AND IMMEDIATELY AFTER you have sex.
