Is my hymen broken from sports?!

Question: Is my hymen broken from sports?
Okay im 14 and I dance. I am very flexible and I do alot of splits and lifting my leg to my head. Have I broken my hymen by doing these things? I also do alot of cartwheels and streaching with my legs open....soo IDK help! and IDK where my hymen is so I cant look and see (i also dont know what it is supposed to look like before and or after it is broken.)

Answers:

it is possible to check your own hymen, if you sit on the aed and have a shaving mirror, os something similar.

idealy you need some one to hold the mirror for you, because its a bit awkward to hold your outer vulval lips open , and then open the inner lips to see you hymen.

the hymen is usually crescent moon shaped at the lower part of the vaginal opening.
you will need your legs open very wide to be able to see properly.
you should also be able to see your clitoris, and your uretha as well. although for some ladies the clitoris is not exposed to view, but is hidden by the clitoral hood.

good luck with your self examination
see u loose ur virginity if u have a vaginal sex with a guy .
now a days breaking of hymen is as girls are involved in sports like swimming and gymnastics witch can rupture ur hymen but it dosent mean ur not a virgin.
i am amedical student and ihave learnt that the hymen if broke before the age of16 it gets reconstructed.
i want to tell u a funny thing some girls are born without a hymen and medically it is ok
dont worry baby if u have not have had sex u r a pure virgin

Take a look at the following web page and you will get an very good understanding of what the hymen is. Once you have a good idea of what and where it is take a light and a mirror and look at your vagina. You will then be able to tell for yourself.

The odds are that it is torn but not gone.

You can see it in a mirror, it is a small piece of skin over part of the opening inside your vagina.
You may or may not have broken the hymen.

Good God, how are we supposed to know that?
Go see a gynecologist and ask him/her.

it MIGHT be if you have ever randomly bled down there
