What kind of yogurt treats yeast infections?!

Question: What kind of yogurt treats yeast infections?
I believe I may have a yeast infection, and I found out that yogurt can sometimes help treat it. Does it have to be plain yogurt, vanilla yogurt, or will any work? I believe I have some Greek yogurt, but I'm not sure if that will work or not.

Answers:

They say plain unsweetend yogurt. The kind with live and active cultures in it. I get mine from health food stores

My daughters doctor said to get the yogurt that has probotics in it! She suggested giving her activa and that helped! (I believe that was the name of the yogurt) hope this helped

plain, unsweetened yogurt. Kefir is really great ( you can get it at Trader Joes). apply with a douche bottle. (although who has those lying around??)
