so im only 14 and my left boob is a full cup size smaller than my right.....how to you properly "stuff" your bra?

Answers:
Get a bra which has little pockets on the inside.
You can get some inserts from bra shops which you can insert!
Don't use tissue ;) you'll be a laughing stock if people find out.
However naturally doing it with special pads will work =)
