Question: I missed my period! Help please?

I missed my period and I didn't have sex ,I am a full virgin , never ever had any kind of sex .
I am 14years old , and i have been stressing cause of my parents last week but its all good now im not really stressed or anything just wondering why i missed my period ?? please help!! thank you:D
