today when I went to use the bathroom, I wiped my behind and there was blood on the toilet paper. My feces are about black colored and I have weird colored discharge coming from the front. Its not my period because I had it 2 weeks ago.

I know I am a male, but I would HIGHLY suggest you go to the doctors asap. This stool color and blood does not neccessarily mean stomach bleeding, but you can bleed anywhere in your digestive tract that would cause these symptoms. It could be relatively harmless haemorhoids, or it might be some king of bleeding. Are you nauseated or dizzy?
Yes go to doctor or ER. You have internal bleeding.
