Question: Best way to lose weight, Help?(Girls only!!!! Pleaseeeee dont Judge!)?
Okay I'm 5'5 I weight 180. I'm not ugl but I'm not beautiful. I'm a 40C. All of the girls in my class are like friggn D's which p isses me off. And I have a dinner dance in June. I want to weight at least 130 by June. I wanna be skinny really bad. I've never gotten asked out. I'm very self conscious. Please help me?

Awe girl. You gotta stay away from that addicting sugar man! And stay away from lots of food containing carbs. I know it's hard, but ya gotta do it! Run. Running is amazinggggg for your body and re fastest way to loss weight. Do a mile everyday, even if you have to stop sometimes. It will work, I promise. You can do it. Get determined girl!!!!! :)



Losing 50 pounds in 2 months won't be good for you and could cause serious health problems. You want to aim to lose 1-2 pounds a week by eating healthy food and doing regular exercise. If you talk to your doctor about it, they may refer you to a dietitian who can help with food plans and set realistic goals for you. There are so many girls out there who starve themselves because they want to lose weight, but they almost always end up with severe health issues. Please don't push yourself too hard. If you have the motivation, it will happen, but it's going to take some time. If you really want to lose the weight and KEEP it off, healthy eating and regular exercise is the way forward. It wouldn't be healthy to lose 50 pounds by June. I lost 75 pounds over a years time. I quit eating out and eating sweets. I drank only water. I would eat a lot of salad with fat free dressing and fruit. Cambells soup is also a really good diet food but get the low sodium. I also found that Lean Cuisine has a lot of really tasty meals. The key to it is to make sure that you eat 3 meals a day with your largest meal being breakfast. Exercise is also very important. If you don't exercise a lot then start out walking 30 minutes 4 to 5 days a week. Slowly work your way up. If you take off too much weight at one time it will come back and that's a promise. I agree with the previous answerer. You cannot loose 50 pounds in that short a time. That would be close to a pound a day.

Your desire to be skinny is not the right goal. The goal is to be healthy and then you will loose weight. Eat right, exercise and drink water. That's how you loose weight. Below I will link a couple of great websites that can help you in your goals

Start a NEW healthy lifestyle. Healthy lifestyle does not mean never eating junk food again. It means you eat well, you exercise, AND you do know how to eat your junk in moderation.



I am in the same boat, but weigh 135 and is 4'11. What i am doing is watching my calorie intake, and excersising. My weight at this height should be 115, and its taking me along time to lose it, but it is going down slowly. I would try avoiding all sodas and change strictly to water too. That will help.
