Question: Can you get a girl pregnant when only pre-ejaculate comes in contact with the outside of her private area?
About a month ago, she called me out of the blue and told me that I am the father of her 10-year-old daughter and she has cancer and she needs me to help her with some bills.
At first, I didn't believe her, but she sent me a picture and the girl is almost the spinning image of me. I want to believe that I am the father and I would like step up to the plate and all, but I don't know how I could have knocked her up when the only time I fully ejaculated was one time when she went down on me for a longer period of time than usual.
However, I recall one time we were dry-humping and her underwear pulled to one side and a little of my pre-ejaculate might have come into contact with the outside of her private area. Is there any possible way that she could have gotten pregnant, or is it time for a paternity test?

All depends how far out you have done it. But to be sure about it...Go and get the paternity test and you won't have a problem later...
yes because pre-ejaculation still carries small traces of sperm and if that comes near the genitals it can be enough to get a woman pregnanat (although not as easily as regular ejaculation) and :/ that's unfortuante about her I hope she goes into remission and becomes better
just get a paternity test to remove all doubt, but since you think she looks like you, it's probably your child
There is a pretty good chance! You should take the test too. Easy and helps alot! I think you should really help her because well.. ITS CANCER!!! She could die and the child might be put in adoption! You really should take the test, because you could be taking care of someother child. Also the time does match, like she's ten and you guys had it ten years ago....
she could have gotten pregnant, yes. have the hospital do a test to check dna, but it's probably true she's your daughter. congrats if you want one!!!!!!!!!
Yes. Precum actually has more sperm in it than regular ***. I read a lot on this stuff when I had my first pregnancy scare.

No, ifs, ands, or buts about it get the paternity test dis is a very serious matter. I know dat you will like to help in any way you can because of the child's condition, but also you could be the father of a child dats 10 an you dont know her an vice-versa. this is a eye opener. the only way going about this matter is to be sure for all the right reasons. good luck an GOD BLESS!!!
