It should only take a few days for the cut to heal. Don't put any creams or ointments on it unless they are prescribed, but if you keep the area clean, you shouldn't need anything for it to heal.

Boil about 2-3 cups of water with 4-5 tablespoons of salt, and pour it in a tub with some lukewarm (or hot, if you can take that) water. The total temperature of the tub should be as hot as you can take it. Sit in it (make sure your entire vagina's well submerged) for about 20 minutes, or until it gets cold.

Do this 2-3 times a day until you're sure the cut's gone without any drama.

I heard you could do the same thing with Chamomile tea rather than salt. I haven't tried it though.
