Question: Is it a period or not?
On march 4th I had sex and I got my period three days later and it was normal and lasted like 6 days. He used a condom and there were no holes and I'm on birth control and have been for over a year and take it every night. Also he didn't ejaculate. So i highly doubt that im pregnant. I started the brown pills on Sunday and I was worried because I didn't get my period. But today I have brownish blood and when I wipe there is blood but it doesn't look like my regular period blood. I am blooded and have cramps.

It's your period, you're just over thinking it! :)
It's your normal period. Keep in mind you can still get pregnant with condoms, they have holes everywhere that are extremely tiny but large enough for sperm to get through.
Did you not learn that in school?
