Does stress really delay period?!
Question: Does stress really delay period?
I think I should have gotten my period this week already. I'm stressed about it starting because of an important reason. Is it possible that it delays because of the stress and how long the delay usually is? It's critical that it should NOT start next week, so is it possible that it will, because it's delayed now?
If you didn't get any sense, well I meant I should have gotten my period about yesterday, but I'm really stressed, so when it will probably start, if the stress delay really works?
Or does it usually delay for weeks or completely not come for a month?

Answers:
Yes stress will defiantly knock your flow out of whack. Sometimes the delay can last up to 2 days or even up to a week. It just depends on whats going on in your life and how stressed you are.
