32Ds aren't big because you have a small band and D cups aren't large. A D cup just means that there is a 4" difference between the fullest part of your bust and your ribs, so your breasts only protrude about 2" and that really isn't much. 36B, 38A, 34C, 32D, 30DD, and 28E are all sister sizes in that the cups are all the same volume, but on different band sizes. Cup size depends on band size, so not all D cups are the same size (your 32Ds are going to be smaller than a 36D) and sister sizes are used primarily when trying on bras so you have some idea of what size to try next without having to try on a bunch of different sizes. For example, if you try on a 32D and find that the band is too large but the cups fit, you should try a 30DD to keep the cup size while getting a smaller band.

Believe me now, it is not bad at all! I have huge boobs, and i'm bloody proud of them! Be happy! I'm a couple of sizes bigger then you, but honestly, you hardly notice it (I'm about 6ft tall, so they sorta shrink!!) It's fine, don't feel slutty- just don't wear strappy tops pulled halfway down them like some people I've seen do...! I remember thinking just the same thing, but I was 13/14 at the time! It was awesome- people in school were so jealous!!
And the whole sister size thing there's the phrase up a cup size down a chest size, so then they'd be sister sizes! Youll learn to love them, don't worry!!!
It means you may have mistaken your actual D cup for the 36" perimeter. Believe it or not D's aren't that big, especially if they are proportioned well with the rest of your body. & it does not make you slutty. It could have came from your paternal side.
Don't complain, PRAISE THE LORD! haha there's nothing wrong with that, you're not a slut just because your body decided to give you big boobs, if you don't want to be a slut, don't wear shirts that have v necks or cleavage that go down to your waist.
