lol nothing... but you can get on birth control as far as permanent birth control options go you need to be over 27 or have 3 children or more

Smoking,become an anorexic...orr great idea. Get birth control pills! You will still have your eggs but obviously the sperm wont get fertilized

Get sterilized.
