What's a good energy booster?!
Question: What's a good energy booster?
I do a lot of things and need energy. I play basketball and walk home (I live 5 blocks away from the school, and I know it's really not that far but I walk right after practice) and recently I haven't been getting enough sleep. I need an energy booster that's not a Monster, or pills. Any natural booster's? Please give your suggestions! :)

Chia seeds. One teaspoon to a tablespoon in the AM. Check your health food store.
a big spoonful of SUGARRR and a good nights rest and a morningly shower!!
