Girls, I need help asap!!?!

Question: Girls, I need help asap!!?
when I'm on my period:
I have flu like sypmtoms:
throwing up
diarreah
fever
Then, bloating
sore boobs
HEAVY flows (9-11 super plus tampons a day)
loss of appetite
Cramps

ALSO, I lose about 4-6 pounds when I am on my period (6-8 days)

What is going on? Is this normal?

And don't tell me to tell my mom because we aren't close so I really can't and I am an only child so don't say to ask an older
sibling, please and thank you :)
Btw, I am 14 years old

I know I just posted this but I didn't get enough help and help is what I need!!!!

Answers:

if the flow is that heavy you should try getting on birth control. i had a very heavy period the first time i got mine, it lasted an entire month!! try talking to a school nurse to see if she can direct you on where to get some i dont think you need a parents consent. maybe a local planned parenthood or something similar

I know it's not something anyone really like to talk about, but if your period is really that bad you NEED to tell a doctor. If you don't you can develop anemia or other serious health problems.
I'm not trying to scare you or anything, but this is serious, you CAN get sick from it.

You and your mom may not be close but she has your best interests at heart. I know at your age these things can be embarrassing to talk about but your health is important! Talk to your mom and have her take you to a doctor immediately! Doctors can give you medicine to help with these symptoms, and check to make sure that you don't have an underlying condition that needs to be treated.

Take it very seriously remove ur Tempon right now...sometime it cause a serious infection and all what u have said are similar to those which are considered as side effect of tempons. and use paid and for ur other thing u can consult a Dr or take some medicines if u have. and take milk and dairy product for some days regularly to improve ur calcium and protein again i ur body. once u anemic its very difficult to increase ur hemoglobin level.take care god bless u. don't put ur ego in front of ur health... dont hesitate to ask for help.

Tampons could be causing all those problems. Try wearing a pad for the next two periods, if that doesn't work then tell your mom so you can see a doctor.

Honestly though, it all sounds normal to me.

The best thing is go to a public clinc you can go any time with out your mom to talk about sex periods etc... Plus if you have any questions they will answer good luck
