Does a developing girl have to wear "cup" bra's to develop right?!

Question: Does a developing girl have to wear "cup" bra's to develop right?
My sister asked me this about my niece who's 11 and has just started wearing the bra's that you just pull over, not sure exactly what there called but not exactly sports bra's, any ways does she need to wear a cup bra to develop correctly or will these pull over ones do?

Answers:

No, not at all!

All the time I hear people saying: Wear a cup bra, it will help you grow. Wear a sports bra, it will help you grow. Wear a training bra, it will help you grow. Wear it at night, it will help you grow. OR, they say, Don't wear a (whatever), it will STUNT your growth!

Look people the truth of the matter is, nothing you can wear will help or hurt your growth. It's just how your body is. You will develop at the rate that is best for your body, don't try to mess with it.

Pull over ones are fine. They're commonly known as training bras. At 11, all she's going to need at this point is a training bra.

Wearing any type of bra will not affect your development. Boobs are uneven, anyways.

In another year or so she could start wearing a real bra. She's prob pretty small so she doesn't need one
