How can I treat uncomfortable cramps?!

Question: How can I treat uncomfortable cramps?
I started my period last night, and even though it was just spotting, the cramps began right away. Today they got worse, at some points, they're really bad. I used a hot water bottle, since I can't get my hands on a heating pad and that helped a little.
-I'm about to try tea, but which types work? I have Lipton, but it's the regular kind.
- Also, how to I treat extreme fatigue, when i need to stay awake?

Answers:

Peppermint tea helps this. Take that tylenol with food and drink, don't exceed the recommended dose.

You might also find having parsley to be helpful, just get some and have it with your salad.

Rather than fighting the fatigue, get your hot water bottles (one for front and one for back) and just have a snooze for an hour or so, it will really help. You'll feel a bit more refreshed afterwards.

If your cramps are normally bad, you should start taking multivitamins and minerals daily (not just when you have your period) and try evening primrose oil capsules. Eat properly, get regular exercise and plenty of rest.
