Answers:

Because your weight is technically healthy, your weight loss is going to be very slow. It sounds like you're eating correctly, so I suppose my only suggestion would be to make sure you're getting enough protein (although it sounds like you are). Make sure that your exercise isn't canceling out weight loss because you're gaining muscle weight. If everything still seems stagnant, go talk to your doctor. Your thyroid may be fine but there are still other things that could be inhibiting your weight loss, and if there isn't, your doctor may still be able to advise you on how to lose weight.

I wouldn't be positive why you aren't losing pounds but a few proven tips I can give you are:
Eating big breakfasts is key! The meal sizes should be reversed, big breakfasts and small dinners. This is because your body needs the most in the morning and can make the most of every meal in the morning. As for people who want to gain weight, thy eat a lot at night because their bodies are shutting down for the day and everything in the system will be stored instead of used, if that makes sense. And do not stave yourself! Starving will make your body go into "starvation mode" where any food you eat after that starvation mode will also be stored rather than used because your body is preparing itself, incase it shouldn't get another meal (easiest way to put it)
I really hope these couple of tips help and good luck! :)
